Point-N-Click accepts a fourth intern named Brent Charles. Brent will be handling inside support duties for Point-N-Click.

Point-N-Click qualifies for Microsoft Certified Partner Status.

Point-N-Click accepts a third intern named Dan Hoetger. Dan has completed his four year degree from Alfred and is experienced with Cisco and Microsoft products.

Scott Provvidenza joins Vistage / TEC which is a CEO Organization that provides leadership training.  Jennifer Sertl also becomes Scott's personal business coach.

Point-N-Click accepts a second intern named Mike MacDaniels. Mike is a web design/programmer student and will be working on client projects and our own Point-N-Click web site.

Point-N-Click purchases a new state-of-the-art Phone System from RelComm. Among many great features this system will provide our customers a great way of contacting our engineers in an emergency 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Once a customer leaves a message, this system will continually call our technicians until it is accepted by a Point-N-Click engineer and the customer is called back.

Point-N-Click embraces growth and forms a corporate entity.

Point-N-Click joins the Internship program with Alfred State College. Scott Provvidenza is a 1988 alumni of Alfred State College and is eager to help other students begin their journey into the workplace. Point-N-Click takes on its first intern named Luke Smith.

Ray Talton is hired as the Sales Manager at Point-N-Click.

Matt Wood is hired to join the support team at Point-N-Click. Matt is a certified Microsoft Certified Engineer
August 2003
Karie Beluke is hired as the Office Manager at Point-N-Click.
January 2003
Point-N-Click moves into the new office at 320 North Washington Street, Rochester, NY 14625.
August 2001
Point-N-Click moves into the building located at 160 North Clinton Street, Rochester and occupies the 2 story 2,500 sq ft building.

Kevin Deasey joins out team at Point-N-Click providing printer repair services for our clients. Kevin’s ability to provide quick on-site diagnoses and repair will be a great addition to our company.
August 1999
Point-N-Click is hired by RG&E to assist three other computer companies with the Y2K deployment at Ginna Nuclear Power Plant.

Point-N-Click was formed as a DBA by Scott Provvidenza to support locally owned companies with computer support.
