Please help me welcome Glenn Jackling as the new CEO of Point-N-Click. Glenn is a senior-level executive with seasoned expertise in strategic planning, driving profitable sales growth, securing strategic investments and driving overall performance improvement. Glenn is a strategic thinker with a proven ability to organize ambiguous business situations and apply a pragmatic, commonsense approach to resolving issues.
Glenn has provided executive leadership as an employee, owner, or consultant for a variety of small to mid-size companies, with particular emphasis focused on a) restructuring and improving operations in the areas of strategic planning, sales & marketing management, operating and financial controls, b) process c) transitional leadership.
Glenn was awarded his MBA from the University of Rochester and both his MS in Applied and Mathematical Statistics and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Glenn’s primary responsibility at Point-N-Click will be to help refine Scott’s vision for the company and create an experience like no other for our customers. We are very fortunate to have someone of this caliber join us and look forward to his contributions.
Also please welcome Jeff Shufelt our new Director of Sales and Marketing. For the last 17 years Jeff has been running his own company, where he has built "best in class" service organizations, sales teams, marketing, and R&D of new products. Jeff understands, as a business owner, the frustrations one can have with an IT department and the reasons you should partner with Point-N-Click.
His primary responsibilities is to grow the customer base by providing best in class services, and development of a new marketing plan and materials. He is a great asset for you and the Point-N-Click team. Jeff has a BS from RIT.
