Growing by referrals:

The greatest compliment any customer can give us is a referral. Our goal at Point-N-Click is to be your IT service provider by being the best at what we do. We do this by bridging the gaps that current staff may have and we do this in a way that all parties understand. Most owners feel IT is only an expense and many times they don’t understand what their IT staff is even asking for. This is where Point-N-Click becomes a checks and balances for companies. So when referring us even if they say they have somebody already,  we find if we can go on site we have yet to find a company where we couldn’t  bring value being their IT partner.  

Some things we have found in just the last couple weeks visiting customers: A Customer backs up via tape everyday. Their most critical items are email, database and reports. The problem they had was the guy they had already never selected these items to be backed up and the only thing that has been backed up everyday for last year has been the OS. If the server they had went down none of their critical data could be restored.

Another customer who had a guy already when visiting the site it became quickly apparent that they guy they had only worked on the desktops and their servers which has all the critical data on and which they thought was being backed up everyday had over 250 critical errors that no one ever new about because it was assumed that it was being done.
