You can download this program from this website http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp. It will need to be installed on each computer. CutePDF Writer acts like a stand alone printer however it allows you to save the print job to a PDF formatted file.
Portable Document Format (PDF) is the de facto standard for the secure and reliable distribution and exchange of electronic documents and forms around the world. PDF files can be opened with another free program known as Adobe Acrobat Reader on both Windows and Mac computers. CutePDF Writer (formerly CutePDF Printer) is the free version of commercial PDF creation software. CutePDF Writer installs itself as a "printer subsystem". This enables virtually any Windows applications (must be able to print) to create professional quality PDF documents - with just a push of a button!
CutePDF Write is great because it is FREE for personal and commercial use! No watermarks! No Popup Web Ads! It also creates a snapshot of the document eliminating the code and reducing the file size of the document. This tool can be used to take a snapshot of a webpage, your accounting reports, drawings, contracts, etc and send them to anyone. You won’t have to worry what version of the program they have of if they even have it installed at all.

Once this program is installed you’ll notice a new printer icon or printer choice. It will be called CutePDF Printer. Using this program is the same as printing a document. The only exception is when you select the CutePDF Printer you will be prompted to create a name for your document and a location where to save it on your computer. Then when you are ready to send it in an email just add it as an attachment. It is that easy!
