Their computers included a manufacture warranty that would cover the cost of the replacement part in the event of a failure. The cost of their laptop was $799.00. The included manufacture warranty was free. At the time of purchase they were offered an extended warranty from a CDW. The cost of the additional warranty was $99.00 for a one year time frame. This customer had an option of the expected response time required and they elected the 8x5 m-f with 4 hour response.
