Many of you can relate when I say I have a hard
time finding good salespeople. This time I tried something different and I
used the services of Howard Maslich at Specialized Training. The process at
Specialized Training was very easy and provided me the tools to attract and
score the abilities of potential candidates. In one week we identified our
ideal candidate and offered that person a job. I am very excited to announce
that on September 17th Richard Crowther accepted our full-time position and
joined our sales team at Point-N-Click. Rich's primary responsibilities will
be increasing outside sales and business development.
Rich graduated from State University of New York at Oswego with a degree in
Business Administration. Rich has spent the past 25 years increasing sales
in travel & tourism and payroll industries. Rich has a wife and two sons,
one who is in college and one in high school. His wife is a school teacher
in the Penfield School District. He and his family enjoy snow skiing in the
winter and the beach in the summer. Rich's hobbies are gardening and
watching professional baseball.
Rich selected Point-N-Click because he believes in my vision and abilities to lead this company. Rich has always been intrigued with
technology and is optimistic with the growth opportunities at Point-N-Click.
He is looking forward to meeting all of you and helping you reach your
