in September every customer who spends over $500 in total and is paid in full
will be entered into our monthly drawing. This month’s prize is an Apple
IPOD.
Point-N-Click has recently added another engineer to our team. His name is Chris Smith. Chris has achieved many certifications and is known as a Microsoft Small Business Specialist, MCSE, MCP+I, A+, Network +, Dell Certified Repair Technician, and a Cisco Engineer.
Chris graduated from St. John Fisher College in 1993 and
has worked at Eastman Kodak Company, Cyber Technical Solutions, Global Crossing
and Lenel Systems International. Chris is married and he and his wife have
two children. He likes basketball and spending time with his family.
His strong background in computer/LAN support and more than ten years of customer service will make a valuable contribution to our organization. We are happy to have him join our team. Chris is aligned with our Gold standard support philosophy.
