Phone Support
We can now provide you with the
answers! Our team will be available for 24 hr 7 day a week phone
support. This service will include step by step support followed up
with fax or email documentation.
If the hardware/software in question was
purchased from us within the last 30 days your support call may be free
of charge! This will be determined by the technician based on the
question. For hardware/software that was not purchased from Point-N-Click or if it has passed the 30
day expiration period then your question will be charged $25.00 for the
first 5 minutes and $1.00 for each additional minute. All calls
exceeding 30 minutes will be evaluated for other support options.
