A single Barracuda Spam Firewall handles up to 100,000 active email users.  Simply connecting the Barracuda Spam Firewall to your network consists of changing your MX record to point to the Barracuda Spam Firewall.  The Barracuda Spam Filter will then forward SMTP or POP email traffic to you Microsoft Exchange Server, or any other mail server.  Management is simplified by the use of Lightweight Dictionary Access Protocol (LDAP) built into Exchange to verify recipients before delivering messages to you're companies Microsoft Exchange Server.  Without any tuning, the Barracuda Spam Firewall offers a 95 percent spam accuracy rate with a 0.01 percent false positive rate.  Emails will also be stored and can be redelivered in the event your mail server is off-line.
