Our technicians are able to repair all makes of Windows computers including
Dell, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Compaq, Sony as well as any custom made
computer (white box). We offer our repair through many options to meet
your needs. Below are many options to get you computer system back up
and running.
Remote Support
To get technical assistance by remote assistance over the internet. All
time will be billed at a rate
of $25.00 for first 5 minutes and $1.00 for each additional minute. This service is available 24
hours a day and seven days a week.

Phone Support
To get technical assistance by phone, call (585) 248-3820.
All calls will be billed at a rate
of $25.00 for first 5 minutes and $1.00 for each additional minute not to
exceed 30 minutes for phone support. This service is available 24
hours a day and seven days a week.
Carry-In Service
Carry-In Service is available for computer repair, or
upgrades during the hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm M-F at a rate of $55.00/hour.
All hardware purchased from Point-N-Click will be installed free of charge.
Operating System re-install service is a Flat Rate of $100.00, which
includes the loading of newest device drivers and all current Microsoft
Updates and Security Patches. Same Day Service is available upon
request.
On-Site Support
On-site computer repair or support on a per incident basis
is ($80.00/hr for Field Technician, $115/hr for Senior Field Technician) + $65.00 travel. All
on-site warranty service will be billed at our hourly rate plus travel.
Appointment preferred between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through
Friday excluding holidays. Please inquire about the cost saving
options by subscribing to our monthly maintenance plan.

The Support area of the Point-N-Click's website is the primary source for
online support for Point-N-Click customers. It includes the following
helpful resources:

Knowledge Base is Point-N-Click’s new support database
contains
current and recent product technical information, software downloads,
troubleshooting tips, and how to articles.

Email option is available
for Point-N-Click customers with questions regarding hardware or software
that was installed or configured by Point-N-Click. Please include as
much detail about the problem including any error messages or current
settings. A representative will answer your question as soon as
possible.
