Today I called inquiring if my desktop pc could have a power supply quickly
replaced. Karie Beluke not only assured I could have the job done same day,
but actually had the tech do it while I filled out the paper work and 10
minutes later I walked out w/ a repaired PC. I am so extremely pleased
with the service I received, especially because I had previously taken this
simple job to a competitor who had the pc sitting in their shop for almost a
week and wouldn't tell me when the repair could be done. After calling Point
N Click, I took my PC out of that joke of a store. You can be sure I
will refer anyone I know who has PC needs to your business

I just had to let you know how delighted I was with Karie. I just called
your office in a panic, thinking that I had to bring my computer in and be
without it for a time. Karie was able to help me over the phone. It was a
great relief, but more important, she did not make me feel stupid. You have
a wonderful employee and I just had to let you know. I even tried to give
her a gift certificate to her favorite restaurant and she refused, she just
wanted me to fill out some survey. Which I will gladly do, you guys are the
best.

I don't usually take the time to write letters about
service but today my experience was so terrific, figured I would take the time
to write you.
As you know, we have been using your company to support
our systems for about five years and my capabilities have expanded dramatically.
But today I ran into a critical issue that I needed to address immediately.
Your technician directed me to your website and within seconds he took control
of my machine, diagnose the problem, and downloaded a Microsoft patch and fixed
my machine.
I have worked with many software vendors that use
technology like this to diagnose and fix problems (Intuit, Paychecx, etc.).
But your remote software tool was this the fastest and simplest I have ever
seen. I mentioned this to the technician and he said that this software is
unique to Point-N-Click. I would think this is a real competitive
advantage for you. Congratulations , should be very proud of your service
and your techs.
In addition, I will make sure that my Syracuse and
Buffalo locations call you with their support needs. the stool eliminates
any barriers created by proximity.

I can’t think of any improvements that are necessary.
Your service is always prompt, correct and efficient. We have recommended them
to numerous other parties and will continue to do so. Your technical expertise
and hands on knowledge of your products is outstanding. When emergencies have
arisen in our office, Point-N-Click made time right away to get here and fix the
problem, even in off hours. We will continue to avail ourselves of your

Just a quick note to let you know how pleased I am with the service
provided by Christian last week. Often, after paying for by-the-hour service,
I've been left wondering if the technician has done his/her speediest work to
complete the job. Christian was to the point & fast with his work. He didn't
receive phone calls from other clients while working on "our clock" and I really
appreciate that. He explained everything to me so I could move forward and get
the rest of our users set up. And, to my surprise, what I did worked!

When I wanted to buy a PC and all the extras to help keep me in the business market after a semi- retirement - and not being an expert, I was referred to Scott. He asked all the right questions, worked within my budget, and set up an excellent system that I use daily. I would be lost without this connection to the ever changing outside world of computer technology. * Recently, when a Tutorial On-Line Learning Program, that I purchased through Scott, was suddenly inactive and a notification that my contract had expired flashed on the screen, I panicked. I sent an e-mail immediately to Scott for help (My contract was for a year ending in November). By the next day, he had straightened everything out and I was back in business the next evening studying once again new computer programs on-line. Thanks Scott!

We were looking for someone to design and build a new office network system. He was recommended by another customer. Scott was excellent. The system was installed in a timely matter and has improved the efficiency of our office. As a result, we asked him to handle Y2K. Scott Provvidenza of Point-N-Click is wonderful to work with. He always returns calls within the hour and can usually talk me through a solution over the phone. For more detailed problems he has always responded within 24 hours! Great Service from a very knowledgeable individual.
